In April 2017, together with our partners Lightyear Leadership (formerly igolu), we elevated our leadership development to the next level: We took 350 influential Ethiopian figures through Lightyear’s three-day course in integrated leadership and personal legacy.

In March 2018, Lightyear Leadership will return to Ethiopia to deliver a four-day training for 150 Ethiopian leaders, with an emphasis on women. The Lightyear team is not only delivering this transformational training, but is also fundraising for a school construction in Ethiopia. Your donation will support access to quality primary education.
